What is the goal of the learning center?
Our primary goal here is to share Celestial Knowledge and Spiritual Enlightenment with all who seek such information. For this reason, Rani founded the Center in 1987 while living on a plot of land in the Mojave Desert. While living a nomad lifestyle he and his highly gifted psychic-seer conversed with their spiritual advisor Abaris who graciously provided them with many teachers.
Over the course of fifteen years they conversed with Melchizedek spirit beings who provided them with knowledge of our universe very few people on this planet know. The Center freely provides access to this information on this UBEC website to anyone with a desire to learn the truth of who we are, where we came from, why we are here, and where we go afterward.

The goals of the educational center are to share with all who seek truthful and accurate knowledge by explaining:
- That our Universe is one of positive creationism and that all life is continuous; we provide proof that reincarnation and extraterrestrials are not a myth by sharing some of Rani's personal past life experiences.
- We will explain the truth about Atlantis, what its primary purpose was and why it failed along with the ramifications of its fall.
- To lay the groundwork for the return of our creator Jesus by having many more of our Melchizedek teachers arrive and convince the multitude of warring factions the futility of their actions and seek peace. The Brotherhood Reclamation Fleet is presently standing by outside our solar system but Jesus will not authorize contact or begin cleansing until all hostilities are terminated. We are hoping this is achieved and receive news of their arrival within our solar system by 2030.
